Working across Joondalup Health Campus' Non-Admitted Service Clinics, you will be responsible for supporting clinical staff by performing all administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ensuring all patient activity is captured accurately within the Patient Administration systems
  • Receiving and receipting cash and payments as required
  • Performing Medicare Online billing, private billing, receipting and report processing as required
  • Supporting clinical staff in relation to clerical functions
  • Attending to telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as required by the Non-Admitted Services Coordinator or delegate.
