i want a NodeJS/PostgreSQL (arabic speaker only) developer who has a good background about integration with payment gateways and POS systems, you must have a pro account in any AI coding assistant like cursor or claude AI, the hour rate range is from 10:15$ per hour and working hours are very flexible
