After-Hours NOC Specialist

Position Overview

The After-Hours Support Network and System Administrator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the availability and health of the company’s network and system infrastructure during non-business hours. This includes providing proactive monitoring, opening and managing incidents, performing scheduled maintenance, and escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams as per the defined SLA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Monitoring & Incident Management

  • Monitor all network equipment and devices connectivity, as well server health and availability using SolarWinds Orion.
  • Identify outages or performance degradation and open Jira tickets immediately.
  • Escalate incidents as incident to the relevant team according to procedures.
