Job Description
Level 2 (L2) NOC analyst
This is a full on remote work opportunity with required periodic annual company events. An L2 NOC Analyst would be responsible for the following:
● Monitoring
● Troubleshooting
● Escalation of issues
Across customer or enterprise networks
Unlike L1 analysts who focus on initial triage, L2 analysts handle deeper technical investigations, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure service continuity.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & Incident Response
● Proactively monitor network, server, and application health using tools such as PRTG Network Monitor.
● Respond to alerts, investigate root causes, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
● Escalate complex incidents to L3 engineers or vendor support when necessary.
Troubleshooting & Analysis
● Perform advanced diagnostics on network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and systems.
