Job Description
- Lead and coordinate NPI activities from engineering hand-off to full-scale production.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation, including build instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness for new product builds.
- Define work instructions and train production operators and supporting teams for new models and process introductions.
- Plan, support, and execute pilot builds, including managing material readiness, tooling availability, and process validation.
- Manage tooling and fixture introduction for new products, including engagement with external suppliers for technical discussions.
