NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer

We are looking for highly motivated engineers to join our Network Operations Center.

Key Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware and configurations.
• Oversee all production networks, servers and services.
• Provide technical assistance.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when needed.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components like cable, switch etc.
• Monitoring live transactions in our production applications.
• Daily check of phone modems for day to day SMS delivery.
• Maintaining applications in Google Cloud and other cloud-based servers.
