NOC Engineer

You will manage high-level monitoring activities and coordinate maintenance work for Pakistan-HNS VSAT systems to minimize service disruptions. This position requires proactive problem solving and the ability to escalate critical outages swiftly to the Duty NOC Manager. Your daily operations include thorough root cause analysis, effective ticket management using ticketing systems, and delivering excellent operational support for Pakistan SVNO and Gigstarter customers. The role also requires responding to local support calls and ensuring that maintenance activities align with the needs of clients such as Supernet and JAZZ. While this role does not include team management duties, it demands strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a solid understanding of network monitoring and maintenance procedures.
