NOC Engineer

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to be a key player in the operations of our leading fintech platform.

The NOC Engineer will come into the company as a member of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team and report to the NOC Manager.

The candidate will be in charge of the monitoring and control of our high transactionality platforms, networks and IT Infrastructure, the orchestration of the resolution of the incidents that arise until their resolution and first level of service desk support.

The NOC Engineer will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the network, transactional systems and IT infrastructure performance identifying any irregularities or issues to maintain the expected performance and availability of the services
• Executing daily operational activities required to manage IT services and the supporting IT infrastructure.
