NOC Engineer - Level 3

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Level 3 NOC Engineer to join our Global Network Operations Center. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our edge compute platforms, SD‑WAN environments (Versa), container workloads, and cloud‑connected infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive Linux and networking experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for diving deep into technical issues to resolve incidents, improve systems, and support mission‑critical applications in challenging, distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot distributed edge compute and Versa SD‑WAN platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Respond to escalated incidents from Level 1/2 teams, performing deep‑dive diagnostics across Linux, virtualized, containerized, and cloud environments.
