NOC Engineer-L1

Master Group of Industries/ Indus Cloud is urgently looking to hire 2 NOC Engineers-L1 for Cloud Operations team.

Location: Lahore (DHA Phase 7)

Location Map:

This role involves 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and operational support for cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

Job Role:
-24/7 monitoring of cloud infrastructure & services
-Incident detection, logging, escalation & resolution (as per SLAs)
-L1 troubleshooting (compute, storage, networking, virtualization)
-Coordinate with L2/L3 teams & vendors
-Maintain documentation, reports & runbooks
-Support AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, VMware environments

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in CS / IT or related field
-1-2 years experience in NOC / Cloud / Infrastructure support
-Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or similar
-Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
