NOC Engineer

About the Role

As a Data Center & Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident response, and first-level support of critical IT infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor computer systems and mission/business-critical applications to ensure optimal performance

Monitor IT & Factory Infrastructure, Networks, and Firewalls and respond to alerts effectively

Monitor global application support systems and take appropriate actions

Communicate with internal IT engineers (phone / face-to-face) to escalate issues to SMEs

Perform Level 1 service restoration by following knowledge base documents and SOPs

Initiate and manage Severity 1 incidents, coordinating with Sev 1 Managers and SMEs

Maintain positive working relationships with customers and IT teams

Prepare and share shift status reports highlighting operations and incidents
