Responsibilities
To analyze and manage faults and complaints support EDS services / corporate customer.
Summarize the daily report for improve / solve the customer complaint
Be a project member to develop the automation tools support the future direction
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
0-3 years working experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Have programming skill such as python, Java, or low code will be an advantage
Able to working in shift (day)*
