Responsibilities

  • To analyze and manage faults and complaints support EDS services / corporate customer.

  • Summarize the daily report for improve / solve the customer complaint

  • Be a project member to develop the automation tools support the future direction

  • Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering

  • 0-3 years working experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have programming skill such as python, Java, or low code will be an advantage

  • Able to working in shift (day)*
