Simpaisa is looking for NOC Associate to join our team to help monitor our company's network and systems 24/7. This role is important to keep everything running smoothly and to catch any issues early. You'll be the first to notice and respond to problems with network performance or security alerts.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the company's network and systems 24/7 to make sure everything is working properly.

Spot and respond to alerts, errors, or possible security issues.

Do basic troubleshooting and escalate more serious problems to senior teams.

Check system logs and network traffic to look for unusual activity.

Record your actions, findings, and solutions clearly in the ticketing system.

Help with simple setup, updates, and maintenance of monitoring and security tools.

Work closely with IT, NOC/SOC, and security teams to solve problems quickly.

Track and report system performance and any security issues.
