The NOC / Service Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring enterprise network and system health, managing incidents, and ensuring timely communication and coordination during outages. This role serves as a critical link between monitoring operations and technical support teams, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.
The analyst proactively identifies potential issues, escalates incidents appropriately, and leads coordination efforts during major outages. This role operates in a 24x7 environment and plays a key role in minimizing service disruptions and improving operational response.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network and system health using enterprise monitoring tools
Identify, analyze, and escalate issues based on severity and impact
Document all incidents accurately in ServiceNow
Apply NOC event management processes to triage and route events
Act as Incident Manager during major incident bridge calls
