NOC Analyst OIT (Cincinnati)

OVERVIEW & PURPOSE   Optimized IT is regional in scope, providing Managed IT Services to small to mid-sized organizations including Business, Not-for-Profit, and K-12 markets. We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Analyst with good client communication skills and an appetite to solve problems.   The NOC Analyst will be a key member of our Network Operations Center (NOC), responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting clients' IT infrastructure.
