The NOC Analyst provides first level monitoring and operational support for enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on incident detection, ticket management, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure high network availability.

Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and respond to alerts.

Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM tool, ensuring timely updates and documentation.

Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues according to defined procedures.

Handle inbound NOC and vendor support calls professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate with Tier 2 teams, field support, and vendors during outages.

Monitor shared queues, mailboxes, and dashboards to ensure no issues are missed.
