Job Summary Perform hands-on processing tasks in a seafood production environment to maintain product quality and safety. Work collaboratively with the production team while following established procedures and sanitation standards. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Sort, grade and inspect fish and seafood for quality and size according to production guidelines. Perform manual processing tasks such as cleaning, gutting, de-heading, shelling, trimming or filleting as instructed. Operate and monitor basic processing and packaging equipment under supervision, and assist with changeovers. Weigh, pack, label and prepare processed product for storage or shipment, ensuring accurate documentation. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas by washing equipment, surfaces and disposing of waste according to procedures.
