Job Description

Job Summary Operate and monitor equipment used in food and beverage processing to maintain efficient, safe production. Conduct quality checks, record production data, and follow established safety and sanitation procedures. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Set up, operate and monitor processing machinery, control panels and related equipment to maintain production flow and meet output targets. Adjust machine settings, feeders and conveyors to ensure products meet specifications and to reduce waste and downtime. Perform routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process items and finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain accurate production records including output counts, operating parameters and incident reports; communicate discrepancies to supervision.
