Job Summary

Provide general labour support to skilled trades and construction teams on site. Perform physically demanding tasks and maintain a safe, organized work area.

• Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, tool preparation, and task setup.
• Load, unload, move and stack construction materials and equipment by hand or using basic lifting aids.
• Operate hand and basic power tools under supervision for cutting, drilling, sanding, and fastening tasks.
• Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites by removing debris, setting up barriers, and controlling dust.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, and asphalt as directed.
• Measure, mark, and assist with basic installation, assembly, and on-site adjustments according to instructions.
