Job Summary Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial roofs using a variety of materials. Work includes shingling, membrane application, flashing installation and strict adherence to workplace safety procedures. Number of Positions 10 Main Duties Install and replace roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, and membrane systems according to specifications Measure, cut and shape roofing materials and components to ensure proper fit and water-tight installation Inspect roofs to assess damage, determine repair needs, and prepare material lists and estimates Install flashing, vents, gutters and roof penetrations to prevent water infiltration Remove old roofing materials, prepare roof surfaces, and perform site cleanup and debris disposal Follow established safety procedures, use fall protection equipment and maintain tools and equipment Requirements Previous experience in roofing, shingling, or general construction work Basic knowledge of r...
