About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team at STUDIO KAY INTL. CORP.' based in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound call handling.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handle a variety of customer service tasks including order processing, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution
  3. Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continually seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
