We're , a retention marketing agency helping DTC e-commerce build and manage their email and SMS systems. We're a young, ambitious team that moves fast, cares about the work we do and has zero interest in corporate nonsense. As we're growing we need someone who can grow with us and help us out on improving our Notion & systems.
About the role:
This is not a one-off project. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making systems smarter and wants to become a real part of what we're building. You'll work directly with our management team, have actual input on how things are done, and see the impact of your work right away. If you like ownership, flexibility, and working with a driven team, this will be for you

- Building and refining automations in
- Improving and expanding our Notion workspace
- Connecting tools and streamlining internal processes for our client delivery team
