THG is seeking a Production Operative at Brighter Foods in Tywyn. This role involves various production tasks including weighing ingredients, palletting finished products, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, good literacy and numeracy skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. Experience in a FMCG environment is beneficial but not essential. This position operates on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.
