This position requires you to report directly to the Operations Manager and is crucial for managing day-to-day operations in a unionized setting. You’ll be responsible for a range of activities including training delivery, quality assurance, fleet management, and compliance with health and safety standards. Partner with your team to meet productivity goals while also addressing any disciplinary and HR-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and team activities in plant
• Conduct health and safety training and quarterly inspections
• Manage HR functions like hiring and payroll processing
• Coordinate with logistics for effective route management
• Address urgent customer issues and emergencies promptly
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent required
