This role is critical to ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and support your team while driving continuous improvement across health & safety, quality, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and completion of pre-shift checks
Drive production performance by delivering against plans, monitoring KPIs, and addressing risks to output
Ensure consistent product quality through effective checks and prompt resolution of defects
