**💲 Pay: $25.00/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential**

**🕒 Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (OT Fridays & Some Saturdays)**

**📄 Type: Contract-to-Hire**

**What You'll Do:**

✅ Fit and weld metal components using MIG & Metal Core

✅ Read blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders

✅ Perform fabrication and assembly work

✅ Use measuring tools and maintain weld quality

**What You Need:**

✔️ MIG, Flux-Core, or Metal Core welding experience

✔️ Blueprint and tape measure reading skills

✔️ Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

✔️ Ability to pass:

+ Written test (math, tape measure, weld symbols)
+ 1G MIG/Metal Core weld test on beveled plate
