Night Shift Factory Operative
Location: Witham, Essex
Pay: £13.85 per hour
We are currently recruiting Night Shift Factory Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering full-time night shift hours, ongoing training, and the chance to secure a permanent position with increased pay.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or factory experience who are looking to join a busy production environment with genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of Night Shift Factory Operative:
Preparing products ready for the manufacturing process
Working on production lines within a fast-paced factory environment
Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment
Using overhead cranes and forklifts where required (full training provided)
Loading, unloading and safely moving products around the factory
