Ballymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for a part time Night Porter to join the Team, on a 3 Month Fixed term contract initially.
The Ballymascanlon Hotel is a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel. It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for guest welcome in line with company procedures
- To check in and out hotel guests in a friendly, prompt & efficient manner
- To respond to guest's requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- To arrange for special services requested by the guest
- To follow emergency procedures to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
