Night manager

Objective of the role:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with prior experience in the hospitality industry. Only hospitality candidates are preferred.

Role & responsibilities:
- Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift and ensure smooth functioning of departments.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B teams to maintain seamless operations.
