Night Manager

We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Night Manager to join the Front Office team at SCHLOSS Roxburghe. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts, 4 days on and 3 days off.

The Night Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of Nights; to ensure the smooth operation of services is always provided and create an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for the hotel, guests and the staff present during the night, assuming the role of Manager on Duty
• Conducts regular security walk arounds of the building and is responsible for the security and peace of the hotel and guests
• Ensuring EOD Process is run at an appropriate time, and all relevant preparatory work is done
• Is the contact person for all problems and guest complaints during the night and ensures an effective solution for the guest
