Job Description

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Hospitality qualification or diploma advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Boutique hotel experience highly advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS or a is essential
  • Excellent understanding of front office procedures, night audit, cash handling and hotel operations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and guest relations skills
  • Well-presented, professional and service-driven
  • Must be able to work permanent night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Valid South African ID or valid work permit
