As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will conduct preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring adherence to food safety and health standards. Candidates must hold a valid 443A certification and possess strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and robotics. Collaborate with peers to tackle equipment issues and enhance maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned maintenance efficiently using CMMS
• Analyze breakdowns and communicate with the team
• Provide on-floor support during all shifts
• Collaborate on work order system improvements
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and training
Requirements:
• Licensed millwright or technician degree preferred
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication and teaching abilities
