Night HR Generalist — Employee Experience & Compliance

Molex is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for the night shift in El Salto, Jalisco. In this role, you will manage personnel administration, support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with policies.

You'll be responsible for improving employee experiences, handling personnel changes, and managing documentation for audits. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and HR system knowledge. This position reports to the HR Business Partner.
