Night Drilling Supervisor

The Night Drilling Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all drilling activities during the night shift to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. The role ensures compliance with approved drilling programmes, company standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE policies while maintaining effective communication with the Lead / Senior Drilling Supervisor to support continuous 24-hour drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the approved night drilling program.
• Maintain operational continuity between shifts.
• Supervise drilling, tripping, casing, cementing, BOP testing, pressure testing, and related night operations.
• Monitor drilling parameters and well conditions in real time.
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and operational records.
• Escalate abnormal conditions promptly.
