A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Checking guests in and out (late arrivals, early departures — you’ve got it covered)
+ Processing payments (room charges, EFTPOS, credit cards, cash)
+ Running the nightly audit and balancing the books
+ Handling overnight guest requests and phone enquiries
+ Managing wake-up calls and special requests
+ Providing light concierge support and sharing local knowledge
+ Being the go-to person for the hotel overnight
