Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-of-day audit and reconcile all hotel transactions.
  • Verify guest charges, payments, and cash collections.
  • Prepare daily financial, occupancy, and revenue reports.
  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, safeguard hotel assets, and endorse pending concerns to the morning shift.
