This is a part-time night shift role, starting at 11:00 PM and finishing at 7:00 AM.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome late arrivals and handle guest requests, complaints, and overnight concerns.
• Reconcile daily transactions across all revenue centres and run the night audit process.
• Prepare and distribute revenue, occupancy, and incident reports for management.
• Conduct property security checks and manage after-hours access.
