Working overnight, you’ll ensure the safety and security of our housing services while offering reassurance and support to residents facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, or difficult life transitions. Your presence will bring stability during the night, helping young people feel safe and supported as they work towards brighter futures

As a Night Worker, you’ll be a key presence in the building overnight ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of our residents. You’ll respond to incidents, offer practical support, and help maintain a peaceful, respectful atmosphere.
