Pay Range: $62hr - $67hr

Must Have:
  • Experience on Nice CXone User Hub.
  • Experience on Studio Scripting, able to read and modify.
    • Good to Have:
  • Experience with PCI PAL (is a plus).
  • Experience on Satmetrix Feedback Management system.
  • Experience on CXone reporting with preference to be able to build custom reports.
