Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead NIAID’s Enterprise Collaboration and Power Platform Support Services. This role drives the PMO, oversees delivery across all task areas, and provides technical leadership for Microsoft , SharePoint, and Power Platform services. The ideal candidate combines federal program management expertise with strong Power Platform experience and the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting BPIMB services
  • Lead Agile planning, rollout, coaching, and organizational change management
  • Maintain task order plans, schedules, quality plans, and monthly reporting deliverables
  • Conduct portfolio-level review of projects, staffing, risks, and performance measures
  • Coordinate all contractor and subcontractor deliverables across task areas
