OSPV hiện đang hỗ trợ tuyển NHÂN VIÊN PHÁP CHẾ cho 1 tập đoàn kinh doanh đa quốc gia, đa ngành nghề của Nhật làm việc tại Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 

* Thời hạn hợp đồng: đến hết năm 2018 (sau đó cân nhắc thêm)

* NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC (English version) 

  • Handle, as the person in charge and/or assistant, any legal or compliance matters arising from the trading activities (including but not limited to business scheme advisory, transaction documents drafting/review, customs compliance…), investment activities or any other inquiries within the company or group companies;
  • Monitoring legislations development and analyzing/ updating to the company;
  • Assist the Head of Legal on other legal or compliance matters
  • Report to Head of Legal.

  • Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Luật
  • Ưu tiên có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm về linh vực thương mại quốc tế hoặc pháp chế
