- Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for backend, frontend, and AI workflows
- Implement infrastructureascode (Terraform/Bicep) for platform services
- Manage containerization & orchestration (Docker, AKS) for agent services, ingestion, and gateways
- Operate and scale LLM services, including token gateways, model routing, and deployment automation
- Support multimodal workloads (voice, live chat, Nexus interactions) with lowlatency infrastructure
