Roles & Responsibilities :
we are seeking for a Nexthink Specialist who can be flexible to work on the Nexthink and other platforms. With minimum of 3+ years' experience. Additionally strong knowledge on Scripting, data transformation and integration capabilities using python, Linux , REST API & SQL
Key Responsibility
Support data collection and analysis for end-user experience monitoring
Create and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and reports
Work with the team to troubleshoot Nexthink Collector and Portal issues
Participate in improving dashboards, campaigns, and remote actions
Create and maintain scripts with help of python for the transformation process, data integration across platforms
