Job Description
The Area Materials Management Department is seeking a Missionary Travel Coordinator based at the Pacific Area Office in Takapuna, Auckland. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Missionary Travel Supervisor.
As a Missionary Travel Coordinator, you will represent the Church as you work with Australian and New Zealand pre-field missionaries, mission offices, MTCs, local government, consulates and immigration offices. Your ability to maintain professionalism at all times and to communicate in a friendly and competent manner will directly influence the reputation of the Church in the community.
Coordinate travel itineraries and guide missionaries, families, and priesthood leaders through the visa application process
Liaise with local government offices and consulates to support visa and travel arrangements
Plan cost-effective travel options and provide clear advice on available options and associated costs
