[Job Responsibilities]

  • Responsible for the full-cycle planning and progress tracking of new toy products from project initiation to mass production, ensuring all milestones are met;
  • Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, and Production departments to accurately break down material requirements, and prepare and issue production scheduling plans;
  • Monitor raw material supply status, provide timely early warnings of material shortage risks, and coordinate to resolve supply chain anomalies to ensure on-time delivery;
  • Regularly analyze production and sales data, optimize inventory structure, and improve new product launch efficiency and order delivery accuracy;
  • Follow up on the new product trial production and verification process, collect feedback, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve issue closure.
