About the Role

New Sales Executive – B2B Physical Security Solutions. Hybrid working based in Crowthorne, Berkshire with office and field visits.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic, realistic earnings £65,000 – £100,000+ with commission. Additional benefits: car, private healthcare, pension, generous commission package. Full‑time permanent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business from initial lead through to project completion.
• Engage with B2B clients across public, private, education, and enterprise sectors, understanding their security needs.
• Recommend and present integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, biometrics, intercoms, visitor management, building monitoring).
• Maintain pipeline, grow accounts, and seek new opportunities with support from technical experts.
• Deliver successful project wins and support post‑sale activities.
