Report to: Associate Director 

A. Main responsibility

• Lead The Action Plan implementation in Product and Development in New Project
• Development, Modification of the Project until Commercial Production.
• Do coordination all activities of new project department when Plant Manager absent.

B. Operational (Scope of Operational Responsibility)
• Manpower / Human resources (Specification of the Job)
- Plan project time time
- Lead project up to end
- Build a positive working environment and relationship by effective communication to
all employees
- Guide and motivate subordinate to complete their jobs.
• Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Make improvement plans by following technology, process and system improvement
related to use of materials, additives, master batch and regrind in order to achieve
continual efficiency, co...
