New Product Quality Expert Head

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction for New Product Development quality related issues
• Ensure all specifications with respect to quality requirements are met for new product development
• Ensure Past Troubles are well captured in new Product/Process Design
• Conduct Customer process/product audits - New products
• Layout and inspection of parts - NPD
• PPAP Approval for Child Part In-house & BO PPAP as per Product MDS
• Participate in Obeya & Review of LVPT & HVPT trials w.r.t Quality expectations
• Developing and deploying efficient systems and policies to ensure smooth & FTR products handover
KPI:
• No. of Improvements/HD done in PFMEA/DFMEA - As per Budgeted numbers (15% weightage)
