Key Responsibilities – NPI & Program Leadership
Own multiple concurrent EMS NPI programs across customers and product families
Lead NPI execution from RFQ support, design transfer, prototype, pilot, and ramp-up to mass production
Ensure customer milestones are met on time and within quality and cost targets
Act as senior technical escalation point during NPI issues and factory stops
Technical Leadership (EMS / PCBA)
Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews for PCB, PCBA, and box-build assemblies
Review and challenge PCB fabrication data, assembly drawings, stack-ups, and BOM risks
Guide SMT, THT, reflow, wave/selective soldering, cleaning, coating, and test strategy decisions
Lead structured root cause analysis for yield loss and customer escapes
Quality, Yield & Risk Management
Own FPY, DPPM, and escape metrics for all NPI builds
Lead PFMEA, control plans, and process validation activities
