Job Description

Location:

This position is based in Bayan Lepas, Penang (Island).

Job Purpose:

To lead and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) projects in a high-mix, low-volume machining environment, ensuring customer specifications are met and delivery timelines are achieved. The role includes technical coordination, DFM analysis, and documentation management throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Execution

  • Lead NPI project activities from First Article through mass production release.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of project milestones and customer deliverables.

Machining Coordination

  • Work closely with the machining team to arrange and monitor machining activities for NPI parts.
  • Provide technical input to ensure manufacturability and process stability.
